Smriti Banka is a marketing professional with expertise in SEO and a deep passion for social impact. After building her career in the corporate world, she joined her family business, Banka Bio, to drive change in the WaSH sector. She is passionate about business strategy, education, and gender equality. She has led donation drives, volunteered with underprivileged children, and founded a thriving Girl Up club. With a love for storytelling, puzzles, and leadership, she blends creativity with strategy to make a meaningful impact in sustainability and social entrepreneurship.

Smriti Sharma
Smriti Sharma is a master’s student in Political Science, with a strong interest in research, policy analysis, and international affairs. She holds a degree in Political Science and Economics from Delhi University and recently wrapped up an internship at the Research and Information System under the Ministry of External Affairs, where she gained hands-on experience in policy frameworks and crisis analysis. Beyond academics, she is passionate about engaging in adventure sports and fashion (yes, policy nerds can have style too). Sona Solgy is a third-year student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in English and Communication Skills at Stella Maris College, Chennai.

Sona Sudhi
Sona is a Malayalee medical student who describes herself as a jack of all and master of none. She is a trained Bharatnatyam dancer and considers 'nritya' to be her greatest passion.
She is usually drowning under a pile of books but tries to balance them with thriving experiences like traveling and food tasting. Poetry is her favourite form of literature and tries to dabble in writing a few. She describes herself as a cinephile at heart and aspires to write screenplays someday.

Sonal Gramopadhye is a curious and happy go lucky mind with a love for stories, science and everything in between. Currently pursuing her Doctor of Pharmacy, she finds joy in exploring the human brain, writing about what makes us special and an attempt about turning complex ideas into conversation, whether she is working on a research project, creating content, or simply people watching, she is always trying to connect dots and spark change. She believes in the power of empathy, truth and good night sleeps. Her current goal is to blend science, storytelling, and soul searching into everything she does and have fun along the way.

Soniya Sunil Kute
Soniya Kute is a second-year undergraduate student pursuing an Integrated Masters in Humanities and Social Sciences at IIT Madras. Her academic path is enriched by the incorporation of myriad perspectives, fostering expansive thinking and openness to divergent views.
Soniya’s rigorous academic work emphasises on thorough research, critical analysis, and the integration of diverse standpoints into mainstream narratives. Proficient in both written and spoken English, she harbors a keen interest in international relations and journalism. Beyond her academic pursuits, Soniya enjoys poetry, football, trekking, and social work. She is a devoted fan of literary classics and considers coffee an essential part of her routine.

Soniyal Bajaj is a political science student at Delhi University, and believes in the “power of consistency and reflection”.
Having grown up exploring and opining on a plethora of subjects ranging from people to politics, Soniyal believes that empathy backed by courage leads to revolutionary changes. Driven by his desire to find his footing in the world, he is a true believer of experiential learning and harbors the notion that every individual who interacts with him adds value to his life.

Soumya Sinha
Soumya, a Political Science graduate, is a staunch feminist and activist. Known for her unwavering commitment to voicing her opinions and engaging in meaningful discussions, she is a driving force in advocating for gender equality and social justice.
Her dedication has led her to work with organizations such as One Future Collective, The New Global Order, and Project Statecraft. Soumya's passion for gender equality earned her the position of President of the Women's Development Cell at her college, and she was recognized by the Millennium Fellowship, a joint initiative by United Nations Academic Impact and Millennium Campus Network.
Sriparna Sarkar
Sriparna is interested in inclusive development, and has worked on projects such as the 3M Young Innovators Challenge Awards. She is also associated with the Rotaract District Organization 3291.
Although her multiple degrees in social sciences didn’t teach her the realities of tribal India, how to deal with scorpions, or how to share a plate of rice after a day’s hard work with a smile, she still believes that pots of gold exist at the end of rainbows and that at some point, she will find them.
