For the past three years, Stuti has been deeply engaged in the CSR space, managing livelihood generation projects across rural India. Her notable achievements include implementing a pan-India menstrual hygiene project with NABARD and serving as a project manager at The Practice for Lenovo’s Work for Humankind project, which aimed to establish a tech-enabled millet value chain for farmers.
Having collaborated with SHGs, FPOs, and artisans, Stuti firmly believes in community ownership as a key tool in change-making. Starting August 2024, she will be joining Columbia University to pursue a Master of Public Administration in Development Practice.
Subham Thapa
‘Theatre. Tea. Teaching - The Ts for Transformation’
Subham Thapa is a final year undergraduate student in the Department of Economics at Ramjas College, University of Delhi.
Subham regards himself as a passionate extrovert, with genuine love for people and an absolute belief in humanity.
Subham practices observant thinking to keep a balance on impulsiveness and finds his focus in serving tea and playing a good game of table tennis.

Subhashree Pattanayak
Subhashree Pattanayak, is a postgraduate student of Education at the Institute of Education for Women, Hastings House, Kolkata, with interests in inclusive education, educational policy, global education, and Sustainable Development.
She served as a research intern at the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development, Youth Action Hub-India, where she conducted SDG-related research and policy analysis. She believes in providing access to quality education to all and has contributed since the age of seventeen by teaching impoverished children.
As a F.A.I.R. Changemaker, she believes the F.A.I.R. methodology will help her pursue her academic interests constructively.

Sudha Yarabolu
Sudha is from Telangana, India. She learnt English from watching movies and learnt about the world from her mother.
As a child, Sudha could always be found out of the house, rather than in the house. She had to travel long and far to get a good education, which was tough, but in the process, she values meeting amazing people, learning important skills and most importantly, having tons of stories to share.
She is in the first year of her Master’s degree and is searching for experiences that will add even more vibrant and interesting stories to her pages. She still loves watching movies and recently found another friend in books.

Suhani is a passionate and socially driven student pursuing a Bachelor's in Management Studies, with a strong interest in social entrepreneurship and sustainable development. As the Project Head at Enactus(social entrepreneurship society), she has led multiple initiatives focused on environmental conservation, women empowerment, and skill development. She likes to bring meaningful change in society through innovative, community-driven solutions. Her leadership is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and a commitment to long-term impact. Outside of academics, she enjoys traveling, being close to nature, and playing badminton.

Sunaina Goldsmith
Sunaina Goldsmith is a student of Sociology pursuing a Master's degree from Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi.
She is a keen learner and is passionate about studying the underlying structures of the society we live in. She believes in the transforming power that one's mindset holds as the key to fighting through life's hardships. She practices having conversations in an unbiased manner to achieve a holistic perspective.
Suraj
Suraj has spent the past four years immersed in mental health advocacy and community development. As the founder of 'Voice of Youth’, he has engaged over 150 young minds in sports and well-being. His dedication has been recognised with the Chief Minister Bravery Award and the UN Volunteer Award.
Suraj has pursued various fellowships and serves as a youth advisor at the Centre for Mental Health Law and Policy. His vision is to prioritise mental health and amplify young voices in societal dialogue, driving transformative change for a more inclusive and supportive society. Suraj is committed to making a difference and continuing this impactful journey.
Swetapadma Narayani Acharya
Swetapadma hails from Bhubaneshwar, Odisha, and takes great pride in her name, which resembles the long and rich cultural history of her home state.
As a Psychology student, she yearns to understand and learn what motivates and prompts the actions of humans as, in her opinion, this is key to bring about substantial change in the world.
A poet and singer at heart, she leads life like the symphony of music and play of words, which shapes her approach towards everything she does.

Syeda Areeba
Syeda Areeba, a Commerce graduate from Jamia Millia Islamia, is driven by her love for reading and research. Her curiosity has always fueled her quest for deeper insights, and she is now channeling that curiosity into a career in research. Beyond academics, Syeda is passionate about sports, particularly badminton and kho-kho, and has represented her school in competitions organised by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India.
A passionate writer and spoken-word poet, Syeda uses these mediums to foster empathy and understanding. Through her work, she aims to empower others to embrace diverse perspectives and drive positive change. Committed to continuous learning, she aspires to embody the changes she advocates for.
Tarun Kumar
Tarun Kumar is pursuing his B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering, which he is passionate about.
Through The F.A.I.R. Project, Tarun hopes to be more interactive, and express his internal thoughts.
He believes that the values that he will gain from The F.A.I.R. Project will be helpful in his life going forward.

Taw Yalla
Yalla hails from the Nyishi tribe of Arunachal Pradesh and has most recently studied Ancient Indian History, Culture, and Archaeology from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai.
Currently working at an art gallery, she hopes to contribute in the promotion and preservation of her indigenous heritage, and wishes for North-East Indian history to be included in NCERT textbooks.
Apart from this, she enjoys reading, watching anime and pet videos, with her favourite quote being, “If you are the smartest person in a room, then you are in the wrong room.”, by Confucius.

Trisha Chandra
Trisha identifies herself as a feminist and believes that patriarchy is not an ideological alternative that we should live with. For her, feminism does not merely mean women empowerment, it means breaking through the gender norms, societal hierarchies, and upholding the dignity of human life irrespective of caste, creed, race, and gender.
Through her life and her work, she wants to foster a future society based on human rights.
