Asher Esli Lal (he/him) is a final year student of medicine with a passion for increasing awareness and advocating for women's rights and sexual health. Simultaneously, he is doing his bit to prevent climate change and keeping up with the latest UNFCCC goals.
A fashion buff, Asher dresses up on the go, loves to dance, is an avid reader, and prioritises his spiritual health. He believes in taking life as it comes, everyday being amazed by God's grace.
Ashish Shinde
Ashish Shinde is a Master's student, pursuing a degree in Education Development & Policy at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences in Mumbai.
Ashish considers education to be a powerful tool to enable individuals to exercise their rights and spread awareness. He believes that true education is a continuous process of learning and unlearning at the same time, and is a journey of curiosity, creativity, impediment, praise and hope.
Ashish has always been sensitive towards issues of the marginalised communities and always intends his work on the parameters of social justice.
He is also a poet, he loves to read, write and enjoys academia. Ashish is interested in landscape photography, social media and art.

Ayadi Mishra
Ayadi is an Architectural designer and Communicator, passionate about inclusive cities and biodiversity. As a young professional, she advocates for climate justice in the urban/climate finance negotiations.
With YOUNGO and MGCY, Ayadi works as a Contact Point for the Nature Working Group, and is serving as the Co-chair of the We Are Tomorrow - Global Partnership. By being a F.A.I.R. Changemaker she hopes to understand more and further the dialogue on our relationship with cities and nature.
Ayush Kotecha
A motivational speaker and an influencer, Ayush has spoken on diverse topics ranging from social issues to politics, and from scientific research to religious outlooks in languages comprising English, Hindi, Gujarati and Sanskrit.
He is the recipient of three national awards at the National Youth Festival (GoI) for extempore, elocution and debate. He has also been selected as the Youth Coordinator of the SVEEP committee which is part of the Election Commission of India. He has worked as a professional anchor at several national and international events.
He has received international acclamation for his work by the global Gujarati community. He has also been mentoring the poor and underprivileged students and imparting educational assistance especially to those appearing for board examinations.

Banashree Thapa
A Hogwarts fanatic, a passable scribble artist and a full time nature enthusiast, Banashree derives her passion for the natural world from her father and his tireless service to his role as a Forest Ranger.
After spending five years of her undergraduate and post-graduate education in Botany, Banashree realised with an alarming urgency the need to secure global ecosystems and agriculture from the consequences of the current and impending climate change. To that end, she has been actively involved with grassroots and youth-led causes with organisations such as WWF-India and FFF-India.
Banashree truly believes that youth activism in India has the potential to bring about social and systemic policy change in the climate sector and actively strives to bring that change through her actions.
Apart from a Masters in Botany from the University of Delhi, Banashree has a PG Diploma in Environmental Law and Policy from National Law University- Delhi. She currently holds an offer for a MS in Biodiversity, Conservation and Management program at the University of Oxford, where she hopes to study the implication of nature-based solutions in reconstitution of macro-ecosystems in North-east India.

Bhavika Arora
Bhavika Arora is a student of Economics at Hansraj College, University of Delhi. She likes to observe her surroundings with a childlike wonderment. It helps her learn, read, write, love, and reflect better.
She believes that nothing gives her more joy than learning about the process of learning and she hopes for a world where every child has a chance at joyful learning.
C. Karthika Sajeev
Originally from Kerala, Karthika was born and brought up in Delhi, which has blessed her with a hybrid background. She loves good books, and considers them her constant companions.
She has been a player, student, debater and even a leader in her very short life and hopes that her experience will be able to add some value to the Project.
She believes that The F.A.I.R Project, and all its well-esteemed participants would, to some extent, quench her insatiable thirst for knowledge and wisdom.

Charmaine Mary Ferns
Charmaine Mary Ferns is a lawyer by profession. During her law school tenure, she headed the Centre for Social Action Committee where she worked towards social causes.
She was adjudged Best Mediator at the Mediation and Negotiation Competition organised by Punjab University Regional Centre which reaffirmed her belief in discussion to resolve conflict in an amicable manner. Being a delegate for the 3rd Edition of Tour De Arbitration in Paris organised by CARDS and DSNLU, she gained a deeper understanding of dispute resolution at the international level.
As a Changemaker of the F.A.I.R Project, she aims to tap into the power of dialogue even further.

Charu Damor
Charu Damor is currently pursuing a Master of Arts degree in Development Policy, Planning, and Practice from Tata Institute of Social Sciences. Her love for theatre, dance, and writing emerges from the way they allow her to express her ideas and beliefs to the world. She believes every medium of expressive art is a tool to instil change.
Charu's interest in the domain of development policy has enabled her to delve into the intricacies of gender, social exclusion, and pedagogy. The more she understands the underlying complexities of these issues the more she finds the space to question the normalcy we attach to these issues, which further reinforces the status-quo.
By being a part of The F.A.I.R. Project, she hopes to broaden her perspective by engaging in dialogue with fellow Changemakers and embark on a journey to unlearn and relearn how one perceives social realities.
Chinmaya Sunani
Post his graduation in English Literature from Banaras Hindu University, Chinmaya was inclined towards development in the education sector in underdeveloped areas. He is currently a SBI Youth for India Fellow working in Koli Hills for establishing a community driven ecotourism enterprise with the support of MSSRF.
A recipient of the Excellence in Social Service Award, 2018 by the Navodaya Alumni Association of Odisha, Sunani is the founder of a socio-political organisation named Aabajdo.
The organisation is a leading group of youths working on the ground level for the welfare of the downtrodden sections of society. Chinmaya yearns to work for the development of western-Odisha, his homeland.

Crystal Magotra
Crystal was brought up in an army family and has lived across 15 different states in India which has contributed towards her multi-cultural upbringing.
In 2019, her research paper was selected to be presented at the University of California, Riverside where she voiced her views on how corporations can effectively embrace their social responsibility. She was also selected to participate in a 4-week summer program with students from 9 countries at Jack Welch College of Business, USA.
She is highly passionate about research in education policy and is trying to make a change in her hometown where she tries to help educate children in terrorism affected areas.
Along with being an eternal optimist, she is an ardent reader, writer and debater.

Devashish Saxena
Devashish Saxena is currently working as a political and policy analyst at The Ballot House UK. His academic and professional interests lie in social-political and economical learning, the private and the governance models of education.
He believes that if the government can establish the concept of a citizen-centric mechanism in the area of education and provide a sustainable platform, then change is possible with compassion.
Devashish enjoys interacting with people on field visits and trying to understand the grass-root realities of Indian society. He is passionate about bringing change in society with the help of the government and the people. He is an avid reader and currently learning the German language.
