Devashish Saxena is currently working as a political and policy analyst at The Ballot House UK. His academic and professional interests lie in social-political and economical learning, the private and the governance models of education.
He believes that if the government can establish the concept of a citizen-centric mechanism in the area of education and provide a sustainable platform, then change is possible with compassion.
Devashish enjoys interacting with people on field visits and trying to understand the grass-root realities of Indian society. He is passionate about bringing change in society with the help of the government and the people. He is an avid reader and currently learning the German language.
Diksha Shivani
Diksha Shivani is an alumna of Indraprastha College for Women, University of Delhi, a Psychology major and a child of the pandemic. Humans interest her the most, but animals always win the favourite spot. A mental health and gender-inclusivity enthusiast, she has garnered a perspective on how mundane situations screech of patriarchy and heteronormative culture.
She believes that questioning these norms everyday is how we can become the revolution!
With great fondness towards human interactions, learning through experiences, and most importantly, unlearning, she strives to become and create a safe space that we all yearn to be a part of. She firmly believes that sincere concern towards healthy governance, social-equitability and adopting a sustainable lifestyle is not a 'utopian' idea, but an achievable goal.

Divyanshi Agarwal
Divyanshi Agarwal is a driven environmental science graduate from University of Delhi with practical experience in climate advocacy, sustainability research, and community outreach. Leading climate education initiatives like ‘Sustainable Bhava’ in schools in Delhi and participating in global platforms like YECAP and SUAD Youth COP. She has demonstrated leadership roles in organisations like the Rotaract Club and with experience in content management, integrating technical knowledge, teamwork capabilities, and dedication to sustainable development to create impactful solutions.

Diya is a law student, hailing from the city of Nagpur in Maharashtra, India, studying at Gujarat National Law University in Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
She is passionate about education and women’s right, along with understanding the issues and challenges that surround them.
She likes to spend her free time reading and she also enjoys playing basketball. She believes in growth via education and aims to represent this in her interactions.

Diya Jain
Hailing from a family of doctors and engineers, Diya Jain found herself majoring in Computer Engineering at Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology.
Beyond academics, she is someone who finds joy in a varied range of pursuits - whether it is watching movies or reading novels to painting or capturing moments through photography. Music, on the other hand, holds a special place in Her heart and playing the piano is a way to reconnect with herself. Her curiosity for technology only adds another layer to her personality. Being someone who genuinely enjoys having meaningful conversations, she looks forward to a world where collaboration and open dialogue comes naturally and comfortably.

Eshita Razdan is a second-year student at National Law University, Delhi. She aspires to contribute enthusiastically to the contemporary law-policymaking discourse to help make it more comprehensive and inclusive.
Passionate about all things art, music, and literature, Eshita identifies as an ardent believer in creative expression as advocacy. She hopes that The F.A.I.R. Methodology will bring substance to the way she perceives the 8 SDGs in question and the complexities involved in implementing them.
Farha Khan
Farha Khan is inquisitive and curious to learn and unlearn new things in life.
With such a curious mindset, she is always keen to observe and analyze things around herself with an intrigued mentality to find clues of the never-ending treasures of life.
She endeavours to bring the humdrum of her academic journey into a patchwork of exciting expeditions.
One of her long term goals is to expand the horizon of her knowledge and enhance self-awareness along with value creation. Besides her academic endeavours, she is a sports enthusiast and takes keen interest in learning different languages.

Garima Agarwal
Garima Agarwal is a graduate in B.Com Honours from the Shri Ram College of Commerce.
Her experiences range from teaching underprivileged kids at NSS, volunteering at local NGOs, participating in all sorts of discussions. She also participated in the Indo-US Exchange Programme where she conducted research on UN SDG 4 ‘Quality Education’.
Working in this domain and her love for kids has made her want to “provide a fertile learning ground to each and every underprivileged kid”.
She sees The F.A.I.R. Project as a medium to refabricate her subconscious connections relating to diverse issues.

Gokula Srinivasan Selvam
Gokula Srinivasan Selvam is a second year student, pursuing a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from Saveetha Engineering College, Chennai. Gokula is “a learner, self-motivator, awareness maker, sometimes a teacher, a person who accepts mistakes and a person who comes back like a dark horse”. He believes that he has the potential of keeping up with his work with no regrets.
Gokula is interested in public speaking and debating. Prior to his participation in The F.A.I.R. Project, he was in the top 32 for the event ‘Speak for India 2019’ in Tamil Nadu, which saw the participation of more than 33,000+ individuals. The competition was an on the spot debate competition where Gokula spoke on the implementation of the death penalty, as well as on farmers loan.
During his school days, Gokula visited Raj Nivas, the official residence of the Lieutenant Governor of Pondicherry, Honorable Kiran Bedi, where he represented his school and participated in a debate session on the ways in which Pondicherry could be developed over a period of 2 days.
Gokula is constantly looking for opportunities to highlight himself and the main fields of his interests, which includes chemical processes, designing, Python programming-automation and nanotechnology.

Guncha Shandilya
Guncha Shandilya is a passionate, youthful and enthusiastic changemaker with fresh energy just like her name symbolises. She has been involved in advocacy for SDGs for almost 3 years and is on a constant quest for opportunities that amplify her ideas, leading to real impact. She wants to get into the system, in a strong position and spook all her education and knowledge into making the world more equitable, saving resources, fighting against animal abuse and partnering with fellow changemakers and organisations, leading to real action. She strongly believes that a bunch of young people coming together with the fire to change can lead to a paradigm shift in the real world. She wonders what's taking so long for world leaders to listen to us and hence wants to shape change herself with 31 other skillful hands to create mystical, magical and memorable impact!

Hardik Pathak
Hardik Pathak holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Political Science and is currently pursuing Law from Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi. His working experience at the bureaucratic level has helped enhance his credibility and confidence in the domains of leadership and decision-making.
Hardik loves painting, travelling, swimming and has an interest in Indian music. He considers himself as a lifelong humanitarian. He is always open to discussions and deliberations, and believes that being a F.A.I.R. Changemaker will help him develop a new understanding of public welfare.
Hari C.
Born and raised in Bangalore, Hari decided to pursue sociology and crime after a stint in professional Cricket. With a BA in Criminology and Police Administration, Hari has explored topics like caste practices and the
influence of political ideology on criminal policy. He has presented papers on caste prevalence among school children and his thesis examined the correlation between politics and crime.
Aspiring to be a civil servant, Hari balances his ambitions with hobbies like drawing, reading, cooking, yoga, and participating in debates, always seeking new interests to explore.
