Leonard has been an active volunteer of the NSS, both in school and college. Under the banner of the NSS, he initiated the project for making and selling paper pens to raise funds for the Hope Child Cancer Care Foundation. He was a JRC cadet in school.
In college, he was elected as the Association Secretary of the Department of Zoology. Leonard identifies himself as a proud gay. Though not open to his family, he advocates for LGBTQ+ rights in college and on social media. He aspires to work for the transgender community.
Additionally, he has assisted old-aged people in his church by organising the youths. Leonard wishes to pursue higher studies in Zoology and opt for teaching as a profession.

Lucky Kaushik
Lucky Kaushik is an avid reader, nature-lover, and creative writer. She describes herself as an explorer with a philosophical lens. She completed her undergraduate studies in Philosophy from Gargi College, University of Delhi. She was an active volunteer at NSS Gargi and a research team member at Enactus Gargi.
Listening to diverse perspectives and stories captures her interest. She strongly believes that education and women empowerment are significantly instrumental in shaping a developed, progressive, and open-minded society.
Lucky is enthralled by the works of Helen Keller, William Blake, Robert Frost, Plato, and Wittgenstein which encourage both creative and intellectual curiosity within her.
Madhvi Yadav
Madhvi Yadav is a doctor and a Bharatnatyam dancer. She brings together a unique blend of medicine with her love for art and sports. Madhvi is also a university-level badminton player embodying both dedication and skill. She is a staunch advocate for mental health awareness and a crusader for equality. Living by the mantra that ‘hard work beats talent’, Madhvi champions the belief that it is never too late to begin anew.
Manas Harjai
Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Manas is a social entrepreneur and strategy consultant with demonstrated leadership experience in the ESG sector.
He has led multiple projects in the sphere of water and sanitation, and handicrafts, amongst other sectors. He represented India at the World Water Race 2019 held in Silicon Valley, USA, where his project was adjudged the best water project.
Manas believes that strategy is nothing without implementation and thus deploys a hands-on approach towards the execution of his projects.
Skilled in photography and event management, Manas is an avid traveler and has visited 15 countries.

Manasvi Shah
Manasvi Shah holds a Master's degree in Social Design and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. She co-founded Nathi Nonsense in Ahmedabad, using art and media as her palette to spark social change among youth. At Radio Nazariya, she launched initiatives like Citytantra, advocating for feminist local governance, and Shaharnama, training community artists to nurture peace dialogues. As a Changelooms’ 2020-21 Fellow and One Future Fellow, Manasvi emphasised on the power of youth in the continuous march towards impactful social transformation.
Manvendra Singh Thakur
Manvendra Singh Thakur is pursuing their Master’s in Performance Studies from Ambedkar University, Delhi.
Their curiosities lie in queerness, digital and everyday performances. They are passionate about working towards causes like affordable and equal housing for sexually marginalised folks, creating safe spaces inside educational institutions for queer students, accessible mental health services for all, among others.
As a Changemaker they believe in dialogues which could be microscopic yet structural. They wish to explore performance art as a space to imagine an alternative. They aspire to become a performance artist, an academic and a brilliant cook.

Mehr Puri
Mehr Puri is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata. She is passionate about public policy, social justice, gender, climate change, and education. Mehr aspires to build a career in public policy and hopes to be able to translate research into impactful action.
She is an enthusiastic cook and enjoys talking about anything under the sun.
As a F.A.I.R. Changemaker, she aspires to apply her learnings and make a real-time, meaningful impact in the world.
Michelle Regis Patrick
With formal training in communication and a background in public relations, Michelle Patrick has delved into the world of policy communication and consultancy. She is the co-founder of Public Policy India, a public policy knowledge and career platform. She has also worked with global ESG companies and international civic organisations. Her interests lie primarily in the area of climate change and biotechnology. Michelle graduated from Symbiosis Centre for Media and Communication, and to honour her media degree she can sometimes be found writing and drawing.
Mukaram Shakeel
Mukaram is on a journey through the realms of English Literature, complemented by her passion for the cinematic arts, photography, and writing. With a deeply personal connection to Kashmir, she seeks to reconnect with and understand the nuanced histories of her hometown. Stories are her muse, compelling her to question and make sense of the complexities around her. Ambitious in her storytelling, Mukaram aspires to masterfully weave narratives not just through words but also through the expressive power of visuals.
Munazah Shakeel
Munazah Shakeel is from Kashmir and is currently pursuing architecture from Jamia Millia Islamia. She is an avid reader and enjoys watching foreign movies. She loves to write and is exploring writing as a tool to create social impact.
By volunteering with various organisations, Munazah wants to educate and equip herself better to be a part of the solution.
Coming from a conflict zone, Munazah has seen voices being muted and opportunities being non-existent. Her dream, therefore, is to create a platform for the youth, especially for the women of Kashmir, to sensitise them to global and local issues, take social initiatives, engage in public discourse and express themselves creatively through storytelling, photography and art.

Muskan Gambhir
A professional dancer, painter, blogger, budding model and a scholar, Muskan is a lot of things.
Pursuing her bachelor's in Mass Media from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai has brought her closer to her dream of becoming a sustainable fashion coordinator. Living alone during her college has taught her the real meaning of hardships, independence, courage, fearlessness, and crucially, the importance of being by oneself.
She believes that The F.A.I.R. Project is going to be both a challenging platform and an opportunity to put forward her views and opinions regarding questions that remain unanswered.

Naina Sharma is a Literature enthusiast from Delhi. She is in pursuit of her dreams at Lady Shri Ram College for Women, Delhi University. Naina reads a lot of stories and, through them, she vicariously experiences the lives
of many and learn through those experiences.
