Namit Mahajan is an eighteen-year-old honours student of Economics at Ramjas College, University of Delhi. His interests mainly lie in economics, finance, public policy, and international relations. He is a passionate advocate for social welfare and mental health.
Namit is a member of the Editorial Board for his college’s journal, the Ramjas Economic Review, and is also a part of the finance society, which has allowed him to dive into research work and academic writing, another one of his passions. He is one of the founding members of the TEDx society of his college.
In his leisure time, you will probably find him with a good book or asleep. He is of the view that one can achieve anything with perseverance and determination. He believes in the capability of sustainable development and gender equality in changing the world and strives to be a changemaker himself in the foreseeable future.

Nandini Arora
Nandini Arora is a student at University of Delhi, currently pursuing Environmental Science with a minor in Economics. She is passionate about environmental policy, sustainability, and climate justice.
Nandini takes keen interest in learning about the Japanese language and culture. She also likes to meet new people and interact with like minded individuals.
Nandini Parashar
Nandini Parashar is a first-year student of political science at Miranda House, University of Delhi.
She aims to build her career in academia and is always on the lookout for opportunities to learn the ropes of the field. She considers social science her first love, especially sociology and political science, which gave her an insight into how the world functions and teach her the importance of human relations.
She feels the most at home when she is onstage, and she actively engages in debates and public speaking events. She enjoys reading the newspaper, running, and reading about political theory.

Nimmy Babu
Nimmy Babu has completed her post-graduation in English Literature and is currently working at Crea-Shakthi, Tamil Nadu.
Her work involves writing scripts, performing stories and facilitating theatre sessions. She is also a creator at Meena Sankar Vidyalaya in Tirunelveli, where she focuses on online performance and activity-based language learning. She believes in comedy more than she believes in herself, which encouraged her to write her MA dissertation on it.
She invests a lot of her time in researching movement and practicing different dance styles, her go-to method for understanding varying cultures.

Omkar Balel
Omkar Balel is a water policy specialist with a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering. He is currently working on carbon mapping and river rejuvenation with an aim to incorporate technical expertise in solving social issues.
Omkar has been working extensively on water-related issues in drought-prone villages in Rajasthan and Maharashtra. His ultimate goal is to initiate a Blue Revolution in India, making each and every hamlet in India water sufficient.
Down the road, he looks forward to being a part of as many events as possible that could bring new perspectives and opportunities to help him fulfill his dream.
Omkar Lohar
Omkar works as an Assistant Professor of Spanish. He has previously worked as a translator and interpreter.
Omkar has presented a research paper on critical diglossia and he indulges reading in his free time.
He is passionate about social sciences as well as natural sciences and wishes to make the world a better place for everyone.

Parthivi Guglani
Parthivi Guglani is a second-year student pursuing B.A. (Honours) Psychology from Lady Shri Ram College For Women, University of Delhi. She is a committed and hardworking individual and harbours a sincere passion for
social work. Parthivi tries to adhere to the quote, "In a world where you can be anything, be kind.” She is also currently serving as the Project Head at Udayan Care, a teaching project functional under the National Service Scheme at her college.
Parwinder Kaur
Parwinder Kaur is a second-year student of Psychology at Lady Shri Ram College for Women. Her world revolves around writing poetry, immersing herself in fiction, doodling, and discovering the beauty in everything around her. Parwinder thrives on connecting with people and forming meaningful relationships. One of her greatest passions is making a difference in society, which led to her founding 'Gulzaar', a project that nurtures the personal growth of orphans and underprivileged individuals, empowering them to create brighter futures for themselves.
Pearl Choudhary
Pearl Choudhary is an alumna of Jesus and Mary College, University of Delhi, where she graduated with honours in History and a minor in Political Science.
She is currently pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Rights Law from the National Law School, Bangalore and is an incoming law student at the Dickson Poon School of Law, King’s College London during the 2022 Fall Session.
Her hope is to combine advocacy and activism to support goals of gender equality, sustainability, public policy, climate change, and foster stronger democratic institutions. She hopes to channel her passion for community development, especially for those at the margins of society as a F.A.I.R. Changemaker this summer.

Poshal Gyamba
Poshal Gyamba is a soon-to-be graduate from the Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University. Discourse and dramatics have been her two passions in life. She finds the stage to be the one place where she can both escape and express - hide behind a character and still show herself upfront.
Professionally, Poshal is driven to policy and sees a need to move beyond multi-disciplinary efficiency and towards building inter-disciplinary aptitudes, as according to her, nothing in the world today happens in isolation.
She firmly believes in ownership, thus finding the rhythms of life in Sinatra’s “My Way” ... for ‘Let the record show’ ‘I did it, I did it my way’.

Prapti Chakraborty
Prapti Chakraborty is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata. Her interests span across law, policy research, and consulting, with a particular enthusiasm for integrating the lens of intersectionality into her work. She loves to generate conversations, communicate and listen to people. She is considered a cheesecake connoisseur by her friends.
As a F.A.I.R Changemaker, she hopes to be a part of invigorating and meaningful conversations that will eventually translate into impactful action.

Pratyaksh Ahuja (He/Him) is a student of Journalism and Mass Communication.
