The F.A.I.R. Project Programme

The F.A.I.R. Project organises an immersive experiential programme for individuals between 18 to 27 years of age, in collaboration with International Centre of Humanity and Ecocivilisation.

F.A.I.R. is a methodology of introspection which is driven by active dialogue and analysis to inculcate a mindset that focuses on what benefits everyone and not just a few.

F.A.I.R. is a continuing conversation beyond the formal program, embarking on a mission for holistic and inclusive betterment of humanity.

Applications for The F.A.I.R. Project 2026 will open from Sunday, 1st February 2026.

The F.A.I.R. Dialogue

The F.A.I.R. Dialogue, a series of online sessions with individuals who are well-informed and have positions, theories and concepts that can help our participants see common issues from a more evolved lens.

In the past few years, we have conducted over 20 F.A.I.R. Dialogues with experts, including, a former President of the Republic of Ecuador, a former Deputy Prime Minister of Slovenia, the Head of Social and Human Sciences at the UNESCO New Delhi Cluster Office, a National Award winning filmmaker, the Founder of The Valuable 500, the Director of Musawah, the Founder of Coalition of Everyone, Principal of Choithram School, a Professor at the University of Canterbury, an Advisor to Sangat, an LGBTQIA+ Speaker, the Provost of University of Liverpool, the country representative of UN Women India, Executive Director of Center for Advocacy and Research, and an Independent Researcher on the Jurisprudence of Law, Poverty, and Rights.

The F.A.I.R. Fellowship

The F.A.I.R. Fellowship is a paid, research-based program that encourages individuals to conduct solution-oriented research over a period of 6 months. This research can be conducted on any topic, as long as it targets social development over other forms of development.

F.A.I.R. Fellows are chosen from the pool of applicants who apply to and participate in The F.A.I.R. Project Program. However, we also accept applications and proposals from all those who are interested in taking their research forward.

F.A.I.R. Space

Our aim at The F.A.I.R. Project is to build a community of fair-minded individuals who begin conversations, discussions, and inspire actions that contribute to a fairer world.

We therefore invite you to join us in building F.A.I.R. Spaces by conducting your own F.A.I.R. Project in your communities, institutions, and organisations. You will have the full support of our team who will assist you in building your program, organising your event, as well as helping you spread the word.
