Aayana Rai Bhojani is a 2nd year student at the School of Law, Christ University. With her passions ranging from cybersecurity to animal rights, you can find her constantly wanting to delve deep into diverse issues from across the globe.
This curiosity of hers, combined with a sharp and critical lens of viewing issues, feeds into her love for debating, where she has represented her institution across national and international tournaments. She also likes spending her free time reading, writing and occasionally trying her hand at cooking new dishes.

Abdullah Aftab is a 23-years-old economics graduate with a profound passion for food, culture, and understanding the intricacies of the world. While his roots lie in Delhi, his interests transcend geographical boundaries. Exploring the historical narratives behind diverse cuisines fascinates Abdullah, as does delving into languages and forging unexpected connections. His curiosity extends to economics, as he is intrigued by how the world operates and evolves into a global entity. He relishes delving into differing perspectives and unravelling the ‘why’ behind phenomena.
Despite being somewhat introverted, he enjoys engaging with new people and finding comfort in meaningful conversations. On a lighter note, he has a penchant for memes, particularly those related to economics. He envisions the purpose of his life as creating and sharing economic memes, a pursuit that demands extensive research and reading.
Abhishek Jain is a final year Law student at National Law University, Delhi.
He strives to promote sustainable yet stakeholder-friendly law/policymaking. To start a discourse on the interplay of SDGs and law/policy, he started the SDG-Series at the Centre for Law and Urban Development. As an aspiring social entrepreneur, he loves bringing fresh perspectives to the table and engaging in finding creative yet pragmatic solutions to commonplace problems.

Aila Dutt is a third-year sociology student from Ambedkar University, Delhi. She enjoys reading, writing and baking, and occasionally draws astronauts for fun!
Her interests are primarily in the fields of visual and cultural anthropology and she hopes to specialise in ethnography and social design as tools for conflict management and sustainable development.
She has been fortunate to have lived and studied in different kinds of environments - both rural and urban.

Akanksha Duvedi is a 4th year law student from Chandigarh. For her, law school and the opportunities it has presented, has helped her understand her own activism through a real-world chance to not only comprehend how inequalities manifest themselves, but also how one can work on undoing them.

Akrati Mehrotra, a German Studies student from Jawaharlal Nehru University, embodies the spirit of diversity with her rich spectrum of interests ranging from psychoanalysis to music and Sufism. Eager to merge her academic insights with the collective wisdom of fellow changemakers, Alisha is set to enrich and be enriched, anticipating diverse perspectives and innovative solutions.
Alyasa is a graduate student of economics at Jawaharlal Nehru University. His academic interests lie in economic methodology, history of economic thought, development economics and the philosophy of education.
He wishes to write books on economics that add value to the construction of knowledge from a third-world perspective. He wants to be a socially active researcher and not an ‘armchair theoretician’. At the same time, his love for the university space shall not keep him away from universities, fellow students and teachers for long.
Apart from economics, he loves theatre, the classical music of qawwali, reading and writing fiction and non-fiction.

Anagha Ann Thomas is a development professional, currently working in Odisha. She wishes to learn and unlearn in the field of research and practice, with her focus being in the areas of education, mental health, and gender.
Hailing from Kerala, Anagha has relocated to different parts of India after her schooling, which has presented her with exciting experiences. Anam Asif is an undergraduate student pursuing a major in Psychology with a minor in Mass Communication. She is looking forward to using her academic and experiential skills to work in the social sector on issues of health and community. Her hobbies include writing and playing sports.

Ananya Ajatasatru is currently pursuing his Masters from the Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics, Pune. He graduated with a Bachelors in Economics Honours from the Symbiosis School of Economics.
His research interests primarily involve topics pertaining to community driven development, environmentally sustainable economies, and the role of currency and exchanges in influencing societal structures.
Apart from being an ardent student of economics, Ananya holds a special interest in the history of thought and ideas relating to interconnectedness in science, technology and society studies. He advocates for the heterodox, with an interdisciplinary approach to research and learning.

Currently the President of the English Debating Society, Andrea has previously been the Public Relations Officer of the Commerce Department of her college.
Having completed a certificate course on Religion, Peace and Conflict from HarvardX, she recently finished her internship with the Global Peace Foundation working for a project titled the 'Facets of Faith'.
She has also been a content writer with an independent student newspaper called the DU Express for approximately 6 months. Apart from the above mentioned experience, Andrea enjoys reading and playing instruments such as the guitar and ukulele, in her free time.

Ann Mary Biju is a Graduate with a Master’s in Development Studies from Azim Premji University, Bangalore. She is experienced in education program management and research. Her chief interest areas include gender, the platform economy, sociology of food, and culture studies.
She is a movie buff and loves theatre and acting. She has been trying her hand at baking since she was 12 years old. Ann enjoys researching unique recipes from around the world to try recreating them from scratch, loves content creation, writing and exploring new experiences while traveling.

Anushka Gaur, a passionate Political Science enthusiast and former Young India Fellow, now excels as an HR professional at Genpact. Her background in political science informs her approach to balancing employee-centric decisions with business requirements.
Beyond corporate settings, Anushka actively engages in the social sector, leveraging her expertise to address societal challenges. Advocating for incremental change with empathy, she contributes through published articles, poetry, and impactful social initiatives. Anushka Raghava is a second-year student, pursuing Economics and Psychology from Gargi College, Delhi University.

Arpit is an economics graduate and an educator seeking pathways to ensure equitable access to learning for girls in a progressive secondary school called Avasara Academy in Pune. He currently teaches AS-A level Cambridge Economics. Before joining Avasara, he worked as a fellow with Teach For India in Mumbai for two years. During this time, he has also worked in different capacities, as a consultant, content developer, or volunteer
with multiple organisations like Things Education, Mathlove, and Uday Foundation. He holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Delhi. He loves to play badminton and solve Sudoku.
Aryan Saxena is a third-year undergraduate student at IIT Kharagpur. Aryan’s two primary fields of interest are economics and technology.
His passion lies in solving high-impact problems by leveraging concepts of economics and technology to find pragmatic solutions and transforming the traditional ways in which these problems are approached.

Asher Esli Lal (he/him) is a final year student of medicine with a passion for increasing awareness and advocating for women's rights and sexual health. Simultaneously, he is doing his bit to prevent climate change and keeping up with the latest UNFCCC goals.
A fashion buff, Asher dresses up on the go, loves to dance, is an avid reader, and prioritises his spiritual health. He believes in taking life as it comes, everyday being amazed by God's grace.
Ashish Shinde is a Master's student, pursuing a degree in Education Development & Policy at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences in Mumbai.
Ashish considers education to be a powerful tool to enable individuals to exercise their rights and spread awareness. He believes that true education is a continuous process of learning and unlearning at the same time, and is a journey of curiosity, creativity, impediment, praise and hope.
Ashish has always been sensitive towards issues of the marginalised communities and always intends his work on the parameters of social justice.

Ayadi is an Architectural designer and Communicator, passionate about inclusive cities and biodiversity. As a young professional, she advocates for climate justice in the urban/climate finance negotiations.
With YOUNGO and MGCY, Ayadi works as a Contact Point for the Nature Working Group, and is serving as the Co-chair of the We Are Tomorrow - Global Partnership. By being a F.A.I.R. Changemaker she hopes to understand more and further the dialogue on our relationship with cities and nature.
Ayesha Sherin, with her master’s degree in English Literature, seamlessly weaves her love for the written word into her vocation. As a teacher and writer at CreaPlay, she unlocks the world of theatre for students, guiding them through plays and the power of language.
Her intellectual pursuits span world literature, theology, mysticism, and the rich tapestry of drama and poetry.
A motivational speaker and an influencer, Ayush has spoken on diverse topics ranging from social issues to politics, and from scientific research to religious outlooks in languages comprising English, Hindi, Gujarati and Sanskrit.
He is the recipient of three national awards at the National Youth Festival (GoI) for extempore, elocution and debate. He has also been selected as the Youth Coordinator of the SVEEP committee which is part of the Election Commission of India. He has worked as a professional anchor at several national and international events.
He has received international acclamation for his work by the global Gujarati community. He has also been mentoring the poor and underprivileged students and imparting educational assistance especially to those appearing for board examinations.

A Hogwarts fanatic, a passable scribble artist and a full time nature enthusiast, Banashree derives her passion for the natural world from her father and his tireless service to his role as a Forest Ranger.
After spending five years of her undergraduate and post-graduate education in Botany, Banashree realised with an alarming urgency the need to secure global ecosystems and agriculture from the consequences of the current and impending climate change. To that end, she has been actively involved with grassroots and youth-led causes with organisations such as WWF-India and FFF-India.
Banashree truly believes that youth activism in India has the potential to bring about social and systemic policy change in the climate sector and actively strives to bring that change through her actions.
Apart from a Masters in Botany from the University of Delhi, Banashree has a PG Diploma in Environmental Law and Policy from National Law University- Delhi. She currently holds an offer for a MS in Biodiversity, Conservation and Management program at the University of Oxford, where she hopes to study the implication of nature-based solutions in reconstitution of macro-ecosystems in North-east India.

Bhavika Arora is a student of Economics at Hansraj College, University of Delhi. She likes to observe her surroundings with a childlike wonderment. It helps her learn, read, write, love, and reflect better.
She believes that nothing gives her more joy than learning about the process of learning and she hopes for a world where every child has a chance at joyful learning.
As a double bachelor's student in Education and Political Science at Jamia Millia Islamia, Bushra Parveen actively leads as the Secretary of the Pink Legal Club Ibtida, channeling her fervour into breaking societal barriers and constructing bridges with socio-legal support.
Bushra is an advocate for mental health awareness, dissecting its intersection with classism and championing the equitable rights of women. Drawing inspiration from cinema, arts, and culture, she sees life as an unwritten screenplay, where each of us holds the pen to craft our finale.
Originally from Kerala, Karthika was born and brought up in Delhi, which has blessed her with a hybrid background. She loves good books, and considers them her constant companions.
She has been a player, student, debater and even a leader in her very short life and hopes that her experience will be able to add some value to the Project.
She believes that The F.A.I.R Project, and all its well-esteemed participants would, to some extent, quench her insatiable thirst for knowledge and wisdom.

Charmaine Mary Ferns is a lawyer by profession. During her law school tenure, she headed the Centre for Social Action Committee where she worked towards social causes.
She was adjudged Best Mediator at the Mediation and Negotiation Competition organised by Punjab University Regional Centre which reaffirmed her belief in discussion to resolve conflict in an amicable manner. Being a delegate for the 3rd Edition of Tour De Arbitration in Paris organised by CARDS and DSNLU, she gained a deeper understanding of dispute resolution at the international level.
As a Changemaker of the F.A.I.R Project, she aims to tap into the power of dialogue even further.

Charu Damor is currently pursuing a Master of Arts degree in Development Policy, Planning, and Practice from Tata Institute of Social Sciences. Her love for theatre, dance, and writing emerges from the way they allow her to express her ideas and beliefs to the world. She believes every medium of expressive art is a tool to instil change.
Charu's interest in the domain of development policy has enabled her to delve into the intricacies of gender, social exclusion, and pedagogy. The more she understands the underlying complexities of these issues the more she finds the space to question the normalcy we attach to these issues, which further reinforces the status-quo.
By being a part of The F.A.I.R. Project, she hopes to broaden her perspective by engaging in dialogue with fellow Changemakers and embark on a journey to unlearn and relearn how one perceives social realities.
Post his graduation in English Literature from Banaras Hindu University, Chinmaya was inclined towards development in the education sector in underdeveloped areas. He is currently a SBI Youth for India Fellow working in Koli Hills for establishing a community driven ecotourism enterprise with the support of MSSRF.
A recipient of the Excellence in Social Service Award, 2018 by the Navodaya Alumni Association of Odisha, Sunani is the founder of a socio-political organisation named Aabajdo.
The organisation is a leading group of youths working on the ground level for the welfare of the downtrodden sections of society. Chinmaya yearns to work for the development of western-Odisha, his homeland.

Crystal was brought up in an army family and has lived across 15 different states in India which has contributed towards her multi-cultural upbringing.
In 2019, her research paper was selected to be presented at the University of California, Riverside where she voiced her views on how corporations can effectively embrace their social responsibility. She was also selected to participate in a 4-week summer program with students from 9 countries at Jack Welch College of Business, USA.
She is highly passionate about research in education policy and is trying to make a change in her hometown where she tries to help educate children in terrorism affected areas.
Along with being an eternal optimist, she is an ardent reader, writer and debater.

Devashish Saxena is currently working as a political and policy analyst at The Ballot House UK. His academic and professional interests lie in social-political and economical learning, the private and the governance models of education.
He believes that if the government can establish the concept of a citizen-centric mechanism in the area of education and provide a sustainable platform, then change is possible with compassion.
Devashish enjoys interacting with people on field visits and trying to understand the grass-root realities of Indian society. He is passionate about bringing change in society with the help of the government and the people. He is an avid reader and currently learning the German language.
Diksha Shivani is an alumna of Indraprastha College for Women, University of Delhi, a Psychology major and a child of the pandemic. Humans interest her the most, but animals always win the favourite spot. A mental health and gender-inclusivity enthusiast, she has garnered a perspective on how mundane situations screech of patriarchy and heteronormative culture.
She believes that questioning these norms everyday is how we can become the revolution!
With great fondness towards human interactions, learning through experiences, and most importantly, unlearning, she strives to become and create a safe space that we all yearn to be a part of. She firmly believes that sincere concern towards healthy governance, social-equitability and adopting a sustainable lifestyle is not a 'utopian' idea, but an achievable goal.

Garima Agarwal is a graduate in B.Com Honours from the Shri Ram College of Commerce.
Her experiences range from teaching underprivileged kids at NSS, volunteering at local NGOs, participating in all sorts of discussions. She also participated in the Indo-US Exchange Programme where she conducted research on UN SDG 4 ‘Quality Education’.
Working in this domain and her love for kids has made her want to “provide a fertile learning ground to each and every underprivileged kid”.

Gokula Srinivasan Selvam is a second year student, pursuing a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from Saveetha Engineering College, Chennai. Gokula is “a learner, self-motivator, awareness maker, sometimes a teacher, a person who accepts mistakes and a person who comes back like a dark horse”. He believes that he has the potential of keeping up with his work with no regrets.
Gokula is interested in public speaking and debating. Prior to his participation in The F.A.I.R. Project, he was in the top 32 for the event ‘Speak for India 2019’ in Tamil Nadu, which saw the participation of more than 33,000+ individuals. The competition was an on the spot debate competition where Gokula spoke on the implementation of the death penalty, as well as on farmers loan.
During his school days, Gokula visited Raj Nivas, the official residence of the Lieutenant Governor of Pondicherry, Honorable Kiran Bedi, where he represented his school and participated in a debate session on the ways in which Pondicherry could be developed over a period of 2 days.

Born and raised in Bangalore, Hari decided to pursue sociology and crime after a stint in professional Cricket. With a BA in Criminology and Police Administration, Hari has explored topics like caste practices and the
influence of political ideology on criminal policy. He has presented papers on caste prevalence among school children and his thesis examined the correlation between politics and crime.
Aspiring to be a civil servant, Hari balances his ambitions with hobbies like drawing, reading, cooking, yoga, and participating in debates, always seeking new interests to explore.
Henna T is an engineering graduate hailing from Kerala, and keenly interested in the domains of education and local governance.
Henna calls herself a self taught artist as she has always had a passion for creating art to express herself. She tries to find ways to extend her love for public policy and climate action, and chairs as the Vice President at Net Impact, Delhi University. She is passionate about climate change and its collective threat to marine life and plans to carry out research in this space.

Javneet is the Former Vice President of Amity University Mumbai Entrepreneurship Cell. He is an existing member of the Develop Schools Organization which effectively and fairly works for government schools and Anganavadis improvement.

Khushi is a conservation engineer, heritage enthusiast, and a keen researcher. She is the Director of Khushtar Heritage Collective, an organisation that works to engage youth in the field of heritage conservation. She is the founder of Indian Heritage, a social media website and account that aims to promote the rich and diverse heritage of India. Khushi is also the recipient of the Martin Weaver Research scholarship awarded by the Association of Preservation Technology for her research on the conversation of Pol houses of Ahmedabad. Currently, she is the Wiki World Heritage coordinator at Wiki World Heritage.

Her involvement with the Students of Kerala Educational Trust (SKET) enlightened her to the stark realities of period inequality. She co-founded Nathi Nonsense in Ahmedabad, using art and media as her palette to spark social change among youth. At Radio Nazariya, she launched initiatives like Citytantra, advocating for feminist local governance, and Shaharnama, training community artists to nurture peace dialogues. As a Changelooms’ 2020-21 Fellow and One Future Fellow, Manasvi emphasised on the power of youth in the continuous march towards impactful social transformation.
Manvendra Singh Thakur is pursuing their Master’s in Performance Studies from Ambedkar University, Delhi.

For the past three years, Stuti has been deeply engaged in the CSR space, managing livelihood generation projects across rural India. Her notable achievements include implementing a pan-India menstrual hygiene project with NABARD and serving as a project manager at The Practice for Lenovo’s Work for Humankind project, which aimed to establish a tech-enabled millet value chain for farmers.
Having collaborated with SHGs, FPOs, and artisans, Stuti firmly believes in community ownership as a key tool in change-making. Starting August 2024, she will be joining Columbia University to pursue a Master of Public Administration in Development Practice.

Vishvak is an ecologist by training and is currently studying Public Policy from the School of Public Policy at IIT Delhi.
He has previously worked in biodiversity policy in a collaborative project between GIZ and the National Biodiversity Authority, and worked on a grassroots development project with CHIRAG, an NGO based in Uttarakhand.
He likes to spend his free time researching and studying topics including climate change politics and governance, and the issues of justice and equity in sustainable development.
He enjoys a good conversation and also writes extensively.

Yatharth is a Design student currently based in Indore and believes that art and creativity are the catalysts for the expression of thoughts and ideas on how people view the world.
Believing strongly in spirituality, he uses this to connect with people and to understand how there is more to life than what we directly experience as humans.
Having strong focus and motivation, Yatharth considers himself to be result-oriented, dependable, and is a strong believer in positive thinking to achieve results.

Having studied Business Economics and worked in the socio-economic development space for Africa and India, Yuvraj is passionate about providing equitable and affordable access to education for all.
During the course of his career, Yuvraj has had a special focus on the education of school-going children and on financial inclusion of everyone. He has previously worked on large scale projects in these spaces.
