Alfia Gauri
Alfia Gauri is deeply committed to exploring how dialogue and intersectionality can serve as powerful tools for empowering marginalized communities and in particular women. She believes that the key to creating meaningful change lies in understanding and addressing the complexities of the social structures that shape our lives. By engaging in open conversations and collaborative design processes, she strives to dismantle barriers and amplify diverse voices. Her work centers on the belief that design is not just about creating solutions, but about facilitating dialogue that leads to a deeper understanding of the human experience.

Alfiya Azeem Khan
Alfiya Azeem Khan is currently pursuing a triple major from Christ University. She has great interest in the field of Psychology not just as a subject, but as a practical aid in the understanding of mental health as well, which prompts her to find something new to learn everyday.
Her hobbies include painting especially with water colors and reading. Of late, she has begun to explore mathematics deeply and has a keen interest in travelling.

Alisha Mehra stands at the forefront of change as a Development Studies student at IIT Madras. Fueled by a passion for climate justice, gender issues, urbanisation, and sustainability, she views The F.A.I.R. Project as the

Alyasa Abbas
Alyasa is a graduate student of economics at Jawaharlal Nehru University. His academic interests lie in economic methodology, history of economic thought, development economics and the philosophy of education.
He wishes to write books on economics that add value to the construction of knowledge from a third-world perspective. He wants to be a socially active researcher and not an ‘armchair theoretician’. At the same time, his love for the university space shall not keep him away from universities, fellow students and teachers for long.
Apart from economics, he loves theatre, the classical music of qawwali, reading and writing fiction and non-fiction.

Amisha spends most of her time writing, debating, and volunteering. If you want to explore a new place and are seeking company, you can count on her to accompany you.

Anagha Ann Thomas
Anagha Ann Thomas is a development professional, currently working in Odisha. She wishes to learn and unlearn in the field of research and practice, with her focus being in the areas of education, mental health, and gender.
Hailing from Kerala, Anagha has relocated to different parts of India after her schooling, which has presented her with exciting experiences. She believes in paying attention to the finer nuances of every day things and feels that there is always more to them than what meets the eye. Anam Asif
Anam Asif is an undergraduate student pursuing a major in Psychology with a minor in Mass Communication. She is looking forward to using her academic and experiential skills to work in the social sector on issues of health and community. Her hobbies include writing and playing sports.

Ananya Ajatasatru
Ananya Ajatasatru is currently pursuing his Masters from the Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics, Pune. He graduated with a Bachelors in Economics Honours from the Symbiosis School of Economics.
His research interests primarily involve topics pertaining to community driven development, environmentally sustainable economies, and the role of currency and exchanges in influencing societal structures.
Apart from being an ardent student of economics, Ananya holds a special interest in the history of thought and ideas relating to interconnectedness in science, technology and society studies. He advocates for the heterodox, with an interdisciplinary approach to research and learning.

Ananya Verma
Ananya Verma grew up in the valley of Kullu, living in the mountains taught her how to live in a community like no other; that's also where her love for sunny days came to be! She majored in English during her Bachelors and has a Masters’ degree in Gender Studies. Deeply drawn to issues of education, climate justice, and the rights of sex workers. She believe empathy is a revolutionary force, one we often reserve only for those close to us, but which holds the power to create lasting, collective change when extended outward. When she is not thinking about building a better world, you can find her bonding with people over Asian food and good desserts, struggling with painting with her niece, or forcing her love on dogs of all kinds. A lover of fantasy fiction, she tries to seek magic in the everyday and meaning in shared stories.

Andrea Mary Cardoza
Currently the President of the English Debating Society, Andrea has previously been the Public Relations Officer of the Commerce Department of her college.
Having completed a certificate course on Religion, Peace and Conflict from HarvardX, she recently finished her internship with the Global Peace Foundation working for a project titled the 'Facets of Faith'.
She has also been a content writer with an independent student newspaper called the DU Express for approximately 6 months. Apart from the above mentioned experience, Andrea enjoys reading and playing instruments such as the guitar and ukulele, in her free time.
