Stage 3: Invite Applications

This section will guide you on how you can invite applications to the F.A.I.R. Space you have designed, select the right applicants, and onboard them to the program in a seamless manner. This is a crucial stage as things are finally set into motion as you move into the execution phase of the program.

The section is divided into three parts. The first part guides on inviting candidates to your program by creating brochures, social media posts, and advertisements on third party platforms – effectively, getting the word out there. The next part, enables you create a mechanism for candidates to apply and you to select the right applicants from the rich pool of applications. These would include application forms, open houses, and interviews. Lastly, the third part will guide on effectively communicating with the selected participants to onboard them seamlessly.
